You can delete your CyberDeduct account at any time. Deletion is not immediate: we keep the account on our servers for 30 days so a mistaken tap is reversible. Sign in again during that window to cancel. After 30 days the account is permanently erased.

Option 1 — In the app or on the website (fastest)

Open the CyberDeduct app or the website dashboard.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Tesla tracking stops immediately. Trips, profile, and login stay for 30 days. Sign back in to restore. After 30 days everything listed below is permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email (no app required)

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to:

info@initial-energy.com

We verify the request comes from your account email, stop Tesla tracking, and apply the same 30-day hold. Sign in during that window to cancel. After 30 days the account is permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, profile) and login credentials.
All your trips and mileage data.
Your encrypted Tesla authorization (refresh token) and any connected-service tokens (Zoho, Square).
Your saved places, settings, and operating-expense entries.
Telemetry records and product/error-analytics tied to your account.

What may remain

Records we're legally required to keep — e.g. Stripe retains billing/payment records as required by law.
Routine encrypted backups may briefly contain residual data, which expires on the normal backup rotation.

Note: SSN/EIN are stored only on your device (never on our servers), so they're removed when you delete the app or its data.
