We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service only through official builds we provide, and only for your own tax record-keeping. Access requires an account and an active subscription where applicable. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Fees, billing, trials, and renewals are as presented on our website and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). There is no in-app purchase in Google Play or the App Store. Referral credits vest only on genuine, retained paid use.
You may connect third-party services (Tesla, calendar, contacts, Zoho Mail, Square, QuickBooks Online). You authorize us to access those only as needed to provide the features you enable; you can disconnect at any time. Sensitive tax identifiers (SSN/EIN) are stored encrypted on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
CyberDeduct helps you record and estimate mileage and vehicle deductions. It is not a substitute for a tax professional. Reconstructed/estimated trips are labeled as estimates; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and filings. We make no guarantee of any particular tax outcome.
Pre-release builds are confidential. Authorized testers must not share builds, screenshots of non-public features, or credentials with anyone outside the Owner's direction.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or the license. Sections on ownership, prohibited conduct, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
